Leverkusen rejects 90 million euros from Bayern for 19-year-old talent
Bayer Leverkusen leaders did not want to lose other team stars because only a few days after the end of the season they faced the departure of Julian Brandt to Borussia Dortmund.
For this reason, “aspirin” leaders have rejected a bid of €90 million from Bayern for the talented midfielder, Kai Havertz.
The 19-year-old excelled in the season we left behind, reaching 17 goals in the Bundesliga and helping the team to secure a place in the upcoming Champions League.
Havertz’s contract with the club ends in 2022, and the executives are convinced to reject any offer in his direction.
