Berardi on the radar of two great English teams
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Liverpool and Tottenham are keeping Domenico Berardi under surveillance. And may soon make an initial offer to sign with the Sassuolo star.
Berardi is a starter on Italy’s right wing in the European Championship. He was involved in Azzurri’s three goals in their opening match against Turkey. And provided an assist for his Sassuolo team-mate Manuel Locatelli in the second group stage match against Switzerland.
His contract with Sassuolo expires in 2024 and according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, his performances in the European Championship have attracted interest from some of the top European clubs.
The newspaper reports that Leicester City, Liverpool and Tottenham are keeping the 26-year-old under surveillance. But Sassuolo wants at least 50 million euros to sell him.
