Franck Ribery wants to return to the Bundesliga
Former Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery has hinted that he is open to returning to the Bundesliga. Although he stressed that he is currently focused on his team Fiorentina.
Ribery became a Bayern legend by winning the Bundesliga title nine times during his 12 seasons with the Bavarians.
The former France international joined Fiorentina in Serie A last season. And has become a key figure for the purple team. Making 15 appearances this season.
His contract with Fiorentina expires at the end of this season. Although 37 years old, he is considering continuing to play, with opportunities in Germany again.
“Right now I’m only thinking about Fiorentina. I am important to this team. But I do not rule out returning to the Bundesliga when I finish work here.” said Ribery.
