Vinicius: My courage helps Real Madrid when it is losing
Real Madrid star Vinicius Junior insists he is not afraid to get the ball on his feet when his team is under a lot of pressure and experiencing difficult moments.
Real Madrid – who bought the Brazilian striker, Vinicius Junior in 2018 for 45 million euros from Flamengo – rely on him as a star of the future.
He revealed in an interview what motivates him. And how he is as a person and as a footballer.
“My brave nature helps the team when we are losing or drawing. I am not afraid to lose the ball or play freely.” Vinicius told Britain’s Gaffer magazine.
“I will always be that way, so that people can trust me. I would say that my strongest weapon is that I always have a clear mind. I never give up. Never. I always strongly defend what I am convinced of.” he added.
The 20-year-old has made 20 appearances for Zinedine Zidane’s team so far this season in all competitions, assisting with three goals and three assists.
